    We live and breathe fuel injectors for these applications. Our expertise encompasses research and development, prototyping and short run production up to and including life cycle testing.

    We understand the need for functional concentricity on fuel injectors, and maintain O.D. tolerances to .0001. We provide TIN and other coatings for hardness and lubricity, as well.

    We’re experienced with the high-pressure components needed to meet ever-more-stringent emissions standards. We maintain the necessary inspection equipment to measure critical features associated with diesel fuel system technology. We can also produce mechanical seals that withstand pressures to 20,000 PSI.

    We precision-manufacture components for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders as well as rotary displacement pumps.

    We produce sleeves and spools, plus the manifolds that house these assemblies. We can also unconventionally machine flow slots using EDM equipment, test the sleeves and spools for leakage and hysteresis, and provide flow displacement curves to meet the functional requirements of the final assembly.

    We test components and assemblies using hydraulic test stands that operate up to 3,000 PSI.
