In June 2001, we moved into our new inspection lab. This totally rebuilt area, designed from the ground up by a premier Cleveland architect under the direction of Quality Manager Tom Sikler, reflects the movement toward ever higher quality standards for the 21st Century. It provides a visual "WOW" as you enter the room but, more importantly, has made our inspection of your parts easier, quicker, and more reliable.

We've also added new inspection equipment to raise our precision to even higher levels. A Taylor Hobson Form Tallysurf provides extremely accurate surface finish information and our new CNC Optical Comparator provides highly consistent readings. This is in addition to the Federal Formscan Circular Geometry Gage and the DEA Swift CNC CMM that continue to serve us well.
